promoting safety, well-being and independence within the community. Our main
office is based in Lincoln however we provide support to the whole of

about ‘Ending Domestic Abuse Now’ in Lincolnshire?
We
are looking for someone who is dynamic and self-motivated to join our dedicated
team here at EDAN Lincs, to support individuals/families who have been affected
by domestic abuse.
The
ideal applicant will be required to work with individuals who have experienced
domestic abuse in their lives, to create personalised support plans to help
them move forward with an independent life that is safe and free from domestic
abuse while reflecting the values of EDAN Lincs.
The
successful applicant will be a reliable individual who has proven experience of
emotional and practical support, including being proficient in working
holistically to deliver risk assessment, safety planning, confidence and
self-esteem while working in a high paced and often challenging, but highly
rewarding, workplace.
Relevant
experience or knowledge of the causes and effects of domestic abuse on adults,
children and young people is desirable.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience is required.
As this is a new
role due to service expansion the job descriptions and person specifications
may be subject to change.

Refuge IDVA

IDVA: To provide a high-quality frontline
service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a service to those at highest
risk. To work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local
partnership responses to domestic abuse.
Our main office is based in Lincoln however we
provide support to the whole of Lincolnshire.

We are looking to recruit
a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team to provide administrative
support.
A minimum of 2 years
administrative experience and appropriate qualifications are required. Relevant
knowledge of the causes and effects of domestic abuse would be advantageous.

Volunteer Vacancies
Trustees Wanted!
We are looking for individuals with experience, knowledge, or a strong background in IT, finance/accounting, or HR.
This role is based in Lincolnshire, and you will be required to attend bi-monthly board meetings.
If you are eager to use your expertise to support the development of EDAN Lincs on a voluntary basis, we would love to hear from you.
