We are looking for someone who is
dynamic and self-motivated to join our dedicated team here at EDAN Lincs, to
support individuals/families who have been affected by domestic abuse.
We are looking to
recruit committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team, in
the post of Child & Family Engagement Worker. The post holder will be
required to provide support to children and their families in our refuge
accommodation in the West Lindsey.
Relevant experience
and knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on children and young people is
desirable.
Qualification NVQ level 3 OR equivalent qualification or experience is required.

are looking for someone who is dynamic and self-motivated to join our dedicated

by domestic abuse.
The
ideal applicant will be required to work with individuals who have experienced
domestic abuse in their lives, to create personalised support plans to help
them move forward with an independent life that is safe and free from domestic
abuse while reflecting the values of EDAN Lincs.
The
successful applicant will be a reliable individual who has proven experience of
emotional and practical support, including being proficient in working
holistically to deliver risk assessment,
safety planning, confidence and self-esteem while working in a high paced and
often challenging, but highly rewarding, workplace.
Relevant
experience or knowledge of the causes and effects of domestic abuse on adults,
children and young people is desirable.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience is required.

you feel passionate about ‘Ending Domestic Abuse Now’ in Lincolnshire?
We
are looking for someone who is dynamic and self-motivated to join our dedicated
team here at EDAN Lincs, to support individuals/families who have been affected
by domestic abuse.
The role requires receiving all point of
entry queries into the service via the telephone and online chat from members
of the public and professionals. The role also requires assessing and triaging
referrals into our outreach service and providing crisis intervention and
safety planning. The role can be varied, dynamic and fast-paced, and requires a
good level of communication and able to build rapport quickly. Relevant experience or knowledge around
domestic abuse is desirable. NVQ level 3
or equivalent experience if required.
EDAN Lincs is a charity delivering
Lincolnshire Countywide Domestic Abuse Service offering Refuge, Outreach and
IDVA support. EDAN Lincs upholds safeguarding requirements and our agency is
committed to safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. Any offer of employment is subject to
satisfactory pre-employment checks, which include: Identity verification;
Qualification verification; DBS clearance; References.
As an organisation the wellbeing of staff
is important to us, and new workers are given extensive training and induction
programme, along with regular supervision which is provided to all staff and
regular team meeting to ensure staff feel connected to their team.
The role will be predominantly
office-based.

Trustees Wanted!
We are looking for individuals with experience, knowledge, or a strong background in IT, finance/accounting, or HR.
This role is based in Lincolnshire, and you will be required to attend bi-monthly board meetings.
If you are eager to use your expertise to support the development of EDAN Lincs on a voluntary basis, we would love to hear from you.
