Trustees Wanted

EDAN Lincs Domestic Abuse Service was established in 1999.  The organisation has continued to develop and expand its services to meet the ever growing demand for complex support for victims of domestic abuse.

EDAN Lincs offers support to all those who experience/or who have experienced domestic abuse, whether physical, emotional, sexual or financial, and this now includes supporting men.

We are looking for people who have experience, knowledge or a strong background in all aspects of finance and accounts and housing

If you are keen to utilise your knowledge and skills in these areas on a voluntary basis to support the development of

EDAN Lincs Domestic Abuse Service we would like to hear from you.

You will need to attend bi-monthly board meetings and offer assistance and help when required. You will also have the opportunity to take a lead on specific areas to support the development of the organisation

Triage Assessment Worker

6 month contract – subject to funding thereafter

35 hours per week

£19,000 FTE

Are you committed and enthusiastic to making a difference to those affected by domestic abuse?

Do you feel passionate about ‘Ending Domestic Abuse Now’ in Lincolnshire?

The role involves being part of a small team responsible for risk assessing and triaging all referrals into our outreach service, and providing crisis intervention and safety planning.  The role can be varied, dynamic and fast-paced, and require a good level of communication and able to build rapport quickly.  Relevant experience or knowledge around domestic abuse is desirable.  NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience if required.

EDAN Lincs is a Lincolnshire countywide Domestic Abuse Service offering refuge, outreach and IDVA support.  EDAN Lincs upholds safeguarding requirements and our agency is committed to safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.  Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, which include: Identity verification; Qualification verification; DBS clearance; References.

Deputy to CEO

12 month contract – subject to funding thereafter

30 hours per week

£30,000 FTE

We are looking to recruit committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team as a deputy to our CEO. The post holder will be required to oversee the management team  as well as providing direct support our CEO.

Relevant experience and knowledge in DA is desirable.
